The four aluminum discs with tough anodized surfaces of mirror silver, mirror black, matt silver
and matt black have dramatically different properties.
Each disc as a 30-60 degree liquid crystal thermometer bonded to them, showing clearly how
surface color and texture affects the absorption and reflection of radiant heat.
