Osmosis Apparatus

• A double thistle tube with a porous membrane is held upright with the membrane covered end 
        in a jar of water.
• When a sugar solution is added to  the  top  of  the tube, the liquid  will  rise  in  the  tube.  This 
        apparatus clearly displays the concept of osmosis.

• 1 Thistle tube with membrane
