Opisometer 

For measuring the length of curved lines. Comprises a knurled wheel with index mark, mounted in a U-bracket though a threaded spindle. A handle attached at the back of the bracket assists in its functioning. The number of rotations of the knurled wheel on the threaded spindle measured with respect to the index mark multiplied by its circumference gives the measurement.
