L-Box Test on Self Compacting Concrete

The L-box is one test method developed to assess the passing ability and blocking resistance of SCC (bill berg) the geometry of the L-box applied for the investigations presented in this paper a moveable gate divides the vertical and the horizontal section the vertical section is fitted with concrete to flow past the reinforce cement bars and in to the horizontal section the diameter and spacing of the reinforce cement bars may be varied according to the reinforcement configuration in the actual structure.
