Freeze Dryer (Lyophilizes) covers a range of application from multi user centralised laboratory applications, pilot plant determination work etc. It is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. It is supplied with a powerful vacuum pump. Standard Laboratory Model with Hermetically sealed reputed make compressor gives temperature up to -40°C. Condenser trap is provided at nonmagnetic stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal.
Refrigerant coils made of copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency. Temperature is adjustable upto -40°C and is maintained automatically by digital temp. Controller. Vacuum drum having 22.8 cm diameter and 25.4 cm height is made up of nonmagnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top cover and incorporates 6 / 8 / 12 quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying having 12.5 mm outer diameter provided for quick drying. Aesthetically designed cabinet in steel gives a pleasant look. Suitable to work on 220V AC 50Hz supply.
