Electric Plume: Comprises narrow stripes of colored ribbons mounted in a small stand with
4mm plug for inserting it on top of the dome.
Operating the generator makes the ribbons acquire similar charge repelling each other
resulting in spreading out and away from the dome, finally standing straight up.
