Electric Calorimeter 

• Electric Calorimeter can be used to measure the potential heat capabilities of various solid or 
        liquid fuels.
• The cover contains a mounted heating coil of about 1.5ohms resistance with standard binding 
        posts for electrical connection.
• When connected to a 6V battery, the coil will cause a temperature rise of about 5°C in 10 
        minutes.
• The supporting posts and coil are coated to prevent electrolysis.
• Also provided is an insulated stirrer supported by a rubber stopper.
