• Body, bonnet and centre housing of ductile iron to en-gjs-400-18 acc. To en 1563 (GGG 400 – 
       din 1693).
• Epoxy powder coated inside and outside to din 30677, blue color.
• Wedge of ductile cast iron  EN-GJS-400-18 acc.  To en 1563 (GGG 400 -din 1693), inside  and 
       outside fully rubberized, with vulcanized elastomeric.
• Wedge nut (of dezincification resistant brass)  completely beared  in  the  rubberized  wedge, 
       wedge nut with drain hole, wedge guiding of wear.
• Resistant plastic with high gliding features.
• O rings, sealing rings, back seal, lip seal, wiper ring and bonnet gasket of elastomer, suitable for potable water.
• O ring bush and grip ring of ms 58.
• Circlip and friction washers of pom.
• Allen screws ST 8.8 DIN 912, absolutely corrosion protected.
• Non rising stainless steel spindle ST 1.4021 with rolled thread and o ring slide faces.
• Bolts corrosion protected by being countersunk and sealed.

• The minimum number of threads shall be 5, with an Installation Depth of 12mm
