Automatic Levels
Automatic level the leveling is done automatically not manually it is a self-align level automatic leveling is done by inclination compensating device comfort in operations high speed and precision are advantages of this device.
Leveling staff: It may be defined as the scales on which distances of points established by level are measured it is a rectangular rod having graduation and metal shoe at its bottom to resist wear and tear the foot of the shoe represents zero reading.
